Can I use more than one discount code?

No. Only one discount code may be applied per order.

What if I haven’t received my order after 30 days?

If your order hasn’t shipped within 30 days, you may continue to wait or request a refund. Orders that remain unshipped after 90 days are eligible for a full refund.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Delivery may take 2–4 weeks depending on item availability and shipping location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer international shipping via USPS for destinations outside the 48 continental U.S. states.

What if my item is on back order?

Back-ordered items are available for purchase and will ship once back in stock. Please allow up to 8–12 weeks for fulfillment.
